Online gaming giant Microgaming recently had good news to share. The casino content studio announced that it has now acquired a license to enter Ontario’s newly-regulated iGaming market

With this, Microgaming joins the likes of Bragg Gaming Group, Evolution, Play’n GO, and many more. 

Microgaming’s official press release announced that it had received certification from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. This means the developer can now bring over 300 top titles to the Canadian online casino market. 

Maple Moolah a Market-First 

In celebration of the milestone, Microgaming recently launched its first-ever “ring-fenced” progressive Jackpot slot. Maple Moolah is a Canadian-only game. The iGaming giant will launch the new title exclusively in Ontario before making it available to the rest of the world. 

According to the pre-release information, Maple Moolah is an exciting new take on the company’s classic Mega Moolah Progressive Jackpot slot. The new release will feature even bigger prizes than ever before and a Jackpot reward of up to a cool $794,000. 

Making the big reveal was James Buchanan, the Head of Games at Microgaming. According to Buchanan, more excitement and action awaits local players in the form of the studio’s new Gold Factory Jackpots Maple Moolah slot. Inspired by classic steampunk, this will be the first release of many more, he explained. 

Buchanan also described the new Maple Moolah concept as having all of the elements of a market-leading title. He said the team at Microgaming is looking forward to the day the first Maple Moolah millionaire is created. 

Exciting Recent Releases

Microgaming also recently announced the launch of an incredible 18 new online slots. These include a North American-themed slot inspired by the wildlife of the area. 25,000 Talons was created for Microgaming by Alchemy Gaming. It features a premium selection of bonus features, stunning graphics, and incredible opportunities to win. 

Also, newly launched is a 40-payline slot called Dungeons and Diamonds. Created by PearFiction Studios, this game is bound to bring hours of fun, winning opportunities, and all-around online entertainment. 

Plus, the studio dropped its new Dealers Club Roulette title, which went live on April 25. 

Other titles released by Microgaming during the month of April include Wildfire Wins (Just For The Win), Rhino Rilla Rex (Crazy Tooth Studio), Magical Reels (Northern Lights Gaming), Vegas Cash (SpinPlay Games), and Gold Collector: Diamond Edition (All41 Studios).
